  • Initiating process of finalisation of product specifications or service contract parameters much in advance of the operational requirements, though consultation with local vendors and also secondary online research and consultations.
  • Identification, qualification and shortlisting of vendors though site visits as well as secondary online discussions.
  • Drafting, preparation and circulation of RFQ’s to shortlisted vendors and collection of proposals/quotations.
  • Preparation of detailed technical/commercial comparison statements for consideration of management.
